I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and egg rolls at the drive-thru. Jack In The Box is always slow, but their food is usually... hot. I can deal with slow as long as the food is fresh and hot. This was the case today. The server was friendly if not fast. Iwill be back. Read more
I was disappointed with this location. We were there by 8:45pm and on the door it says dine in closes at 10pm and drive thru... opens late, once I showed up they were closed but had 2 employees sitting in the dining area, we decided to go through drivethrough and they said they had decided to not take no more orders only dash. The woman I the drive thru was very rude....I know it was 2:30 in the morning. But I should be able to get breakfast...I got... told they were cleaning the grill...Needless to say how do you clean the grill and cook at the same time I go to get out of thedrive thru and was blocked 15 minutes waiting to get out of the drive thru I was a regular but now. They need more help on the weekends especially the shift from 11:45pm to 12:30am( thats how long it took in the drive thru). I... only had 5 cars ahead of me when I got there. Great employees. Read more
Jack hasn't doubled their prices like other places and the burgers taste really good. Bacon double cheeseburger, medium fries... and a medium coke for $10.19. There is always a bit of a wait...but its worth it. I'd give 4.5 for the wait...but the food andfriendly staff make up for it.???? Read more

Im new to the croissants. These things are bomb. I add tomatoes to mine; they are explosive. I might be addicted to that and... their sourdough jacks. Customer service is coo and picking up an app order is a breeze. Only issue is that I don't always get aphysical receipt with my order. I don't like that. Read more
Hi I know things happen and you get super busy, but we waited in the drive thru line for more than 20 mins. It was only 4 cars... and some ending up driving away. When we finally got to the menu board we had to wait another 10mins. I dont knkw what washappening but I do feel it needs to be addressed. Thank you Read more
