If you're talking about Jack in the Box on Geary Street in San Francisco,...that is a high-price'd' place. It cost me $12 for a... Sourdough Combo meal,...and they "wouldn't" give me a re-fill. As someone who has worked in fast food I can honestly say that their Night crew is consistently slow but the night crew for... 8/10/22 at approximately 8:50pm was rude and unprofessional. Apparently they can?t add a simple menu item chocolate lava cakethat isn?t something that needs to be cooked. I?d understand if it was another combo being added at the window and they had asuper long line but it wasn?t. There was 1 additional car behind me and that was it. There?s a reason this location doesn?t getthat busy. The food was cold fries half cooked partially frozen. I?d understand mistakes like that if it was a dinner rush butit was dead. It was frustrating. It was night and I used to drive through window. They kept getting my order wrong at the order menu window... and the line was only two or three cars ahead of me but was taking a little longer than usual. The employee taking my order keptshifting between two different people which and the food was not very hot by the time I got it. No sauces were offered or put inthe bags. The employees team like maybe they were just having a bad night sure but the atmosphere just wasn't what it normallyis at In The Box or any other drive-thru fast food chain. Read more
