I've been ordering from Just Wings for months now if not a little over a year. I've always ordered through Door Dash and have... never had an issue with my order except for once, during a busy night dinner rush which is understandable. I've ordered fromBWW & Wing Stop and those always get my order wrong and I've waited ridiculously long times for my small order (30+ minutes).Just Wings does everything right from the sauces, dips, and fries for me. I had placed an order through door dash, they failed to get my order correct. I did not get my complete order and was told I... would be refunded since half my meals was not delivered. Then today on my birthday I called to redeem a reward was placed onhold for over 23 minutes, then I called back and the same person who told me to hold while she asked her manager asked of shecould put me on hold again to ask the manager the question I had already asked the the first time. I picked up my food at the exact pick up time. The boneless wings were soggy and extremely undersauced. The chicken itself was... rubbery. The fries are greasy and not crispy at all. Ranch was not included in my order. I couldn't eat more than a couple ofbites and there's no way to get a hold of the company to get a refund or complain.
