Tell me why, I paid $33 to have Chicken Fried Rice and Hot and Sour soup delivered- the food gets here and there is no chicken... fried rice and instead a box of lettuce with some chicken on top. On top of that you charged me extra for extra fried noodlesfor the soup and threw a pinch of noodles in a TIN FOIL and charged me extra money for that? What the hell is wrong with thisplace? Decided to dine-in tonight at Helen?s Gourmet. Food was good, but service was lacking. Front of house team member was... overwhelmed with to go orders and the 4 tables seated. No music overhead allowed us to hear all of the swearing at the ordersystem alarms and hurried irritation. They were very short staffed, 1 front and 2 cooking. Had to ask for utensils after firstentree came. Flavors were delicious though. The chicken salad was great and the tangerine beef was fabulous. Food was good not great. They need a better cook.....used to be great food. ALL chairs and I mean ALL need to be replaced or... have the cushions replaced. They dip in the middle with no more cushion. Don't bring in large groups here. The waitress was allconfused. Read more

This was the worst food I have ever had the wonton soup tasted like dirt, the sesame chicken was over cooked, the beef broccoli... was overcooked I ordered pot stickers and not sure what it was however it was not pot stickers. The chicken chow main was raw. When I asked for my money back and told them I would bring the food back with the receipt I was denied. So now I have reportedthem. My husband and I got so sick all night and the next day. Take my advise read the other reviews there are more bad thengood reviews. Read more
Very quite atmosphere, the food looked good but was not as good as it looked. Ever since Helen left the food has not been the... same. The bathroom was very dirty. The greater behind the register was not happy almost as if he hated his job. Will not beback here. Read more
Just picked up food for dinner, the broccoli and beef with chow mein noodles and Kung Pao chicken. The chow main was salty... beyond disgust and the beef tasted like corn starch, chewed like rubber, and left a nasty feeling in your mouth. Will neverorder from here again. Do not recommend. Read more
