Simple, flavorful, and healthy meals. Packaged conveniently by single complete portion with specific instructions for heating on... each package. As someone for whom time is at a very dear premium, these meals have been a lifesaver. I never have to considerportion control for healthy eating because the meals come preportioned, I can avoid grocery shopping for cooking ingredients(though I still buy fruits, vegetables, drinks, and snacks for other times during the week), and I can avoid the effort ofplanning what to eat ahead of time. The meals are made with high quality, fresh ingredients with good flavor combinations. The meals are incredible and they have a great variety. I am never disappointed with the quality or flavor of recipes. This was... the perfect solution to my issue of not having time to cook, nor knowing what healthy meals to make. It is a great balance ofhealthy food that still tastes great.
