Service was good. First time there so wasn't sure what to order. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and suggested some... of the most popular items. Going to start off with saying the reason I gave this 2 Stars it's because our waitress Hope was great, other than that this... experience was unbearable. I ordered a bloody mary that tasted like straight hot sauce and for my entree I went with the FamousDave Burger and fries. The burger was burnt to a crisp and extreme dry. I took 3 bites and was over it. If I wasn't using a giftcard I would have asked for my money back! Definitely will not be back! Read more

Came here today with my husband. We were attended by Famous Adam! He had amazing customer service! He was very attentive,... knowledgeable (suggested the dinner for two) and very welcoming. He came and checked on our table a few times to make sure ourvisit here was perfect. He kept our drinks filled and genuinely made sure we were taken care of.
