I ordered a Pizza and paid online and when I went to pick it up around 5:00 after it said it was ready, I had to wait more than... 20 minutes to find out it was in the holding shelf the whole time, the young girl that helped me had zero customer service,please train your employees how to communicate with customers and to at least greet them, even if it?s just a ?hi?, not ?are youhere for pickup?? With the worst attitude ever, just like the attitude of the supervisor that was there at the time. Read more
Ordered 3 pizzas and 16 wings cost $115,said never mind take off the combination still cost $95,then said 1 one topping pizza... and 16 wings they said "we can't split the wings and that it's $10 for 8 piece." Still cost $44. Told them "forget it just giveme my money back." Over priced won't go to Domino's again. Read more
we ordered pizza from this location thru online, since we're already near by the area we decided to go in early and wait inside... the store we're there doing nothing but watch employees make pizza, this is how they do it: the guys would make pizza, answerthe phone calls, type on keyboard, get the receipt, get the pen, get the cooked pizza, slice the pizza, and REPEAT and REPEATand Go back make pizza again WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. I placed an order at 2:45 and it is 4:30 my pizza has yet to be delivered. When I called to see what?s going on, the guy was... very nice and just said ?they are backed up and it still will take awhile for my order to get there because they only have 1delivery driver?
