Came with my family of 4 to sit down and have a nice breakfast. Upon entry, we waited 15 min for someone to finally even... acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated. After ordering our food and waiting 15 minutes, my family got their food beforeme and I had to wait another 20 min just for mine. i wish i could give no stars. first off, my order was over a half hour late for delivery. then i don?t receive my order for even... longer i call this dennys on parkway and some lady picks up and says we don?t offer delivery when both the app say delivery andthe website too? i finally get the food and the receipt literally says Dennys Delivery. i thought you didn?t offer delivery atall? the food was actually gross expect for the pumpkin pancakes and the seasoned red potatoes. Absolutely horrible customerservice i wish i just requested a refund instead of being nice and dealing with what i got. she also said that dennys didn?treceive any orders this morning when i called? make it make sense. my gravy on my chicken fried steak was lumpy it looked likeit had went bad. time to find a better dennys. waste of almost 50 dollars. and also burnt toast! Worst place ever! After waiting about a hour we finally got our food and the first thing I notice was a small cockroach on my... plate. I told our waitress and she sure didn't seem to care and asked me if I wanted a new plate of course was I supposed to eatit like that? After that my familys plate also had small roaches we showed a different waitress and he said it wasnt a roach"its just burnt pieces of bacon" This is the worst service ever I would never recommend anyone to spend their money here. Came at about eight pm, and there was only one server and one cook. The food was just OK. My chicken fried steak and red... potatoes tasted burnt. The server was friendly, and doing her best to take care of everyone. Biggest complaint was waiting overthirty minutes for just two pancakes. Read more
