I went here for the first time on Sunday and I absolutely loved the service. The girl who attended me was Daisy and she was one... of the sweetest girls. I came around 4:00pm on 4/8/22 for a vegetarian, avocado and sprout sandwich. There were no other customers and after waiting... for 15 minutes, the order was made incorrectly 3 times; made with meat, added ingredients that I asked to have off when Iordered, and on top of that no lettuce or cream cheese was used. The blue hair employee was extremely slow, and not good at herjob. They should have told me they were out of these ingredients before making the sandwich, not at very end. I asked for arefund since they didn?t have the proper ingredients for the sandwich. I was still nothing but kind and patient when the bluehair employee had the audacity to tell her colleague out-loud for me to hear to refund me because I was being ?annoying?.Extremely unprofessional. Although I had respectfully put this employee in her place she was an unproductive employee andextremely rude on top of it all. I ordered a French dip which was horrible and the bread was totally soaked through with the juice. I brought it back and they... made me another sandwich with no problem. There was a sign saying that the toaster was not working but I did not realize that myFrench dip needed to be toasted and they did not let me know that. The employees were very nice and very helpful.
