I really enjoy the sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is Turkey.
If your going to make decent sandwiches, at least make sure you know how to cook some fries. The last 4 times I've been here,... I've been served mush instead of fries. Literal mush. I get the turkey bacon avocado here. Ends up a bit above 10$ for an 8" but it's a consistent good sandwich. Like a subway +- a... small step above, just slightly higher quality on every level. Store seems to be run well, workers always greet me and arequick to come up and take an order. Read more
We went in at 7:40 on a weeknight and all the customer chairs we coralled in rows up in front. It was obvious they were trying... to close the store early, before the posted 8:00 time. After ordering, we moved two chairs to a table to sit down. Thesandwiches were delivered to us and they were excellent, as usual. It's just that we had to endure things being noisily slidaround for cleaning, dust from sweeping, and the front half of the store all wet from mopping. It was a slippery challenge torefill our sodas. By the way, we walked out right at 8:00, so no idea why they had to do this! Also, the employees were debatingwhether to answer a phone call at 7:50. Do you stay "open" until 8:00 or not? Walked in this afternoon, all employees looked like college students. Every single one of them was polite and greeted me. By the... time I filled a soda and grabbed chips, my order was complete. Food was delicious! Read more
My sister went there, had a reaction to their sandwich because they put vinegar. She specifically said what to put, cause she... knows she is allergic, and they didn't follow the order. She was told sorry and given a free sandwich card. Really??? How aboutreturning her money!! She had to go to CVS buy an allergy medicine, they are lucky it worked fast, plus water and all she gotwas a sorry and come back. Yet the remaining of her day was ruined, she spent an extra $10 and couldn't nurse her baby the restof the day. They need better training there. A sandwich and readying an order should not be hard to do. We go out to enjoy an$8 sandwich we can do at home, so we can do something different and enjoy the day. They charger me $3.75 for a water when it was a 106F out i think water shouldn?t be charged for specially when its tripple... digits outside ! Very unkind yet i was over charged for a medium sandwich i paid $17 dollars for a medium sandwich with noextras and no combo !!!! Read more
