I wanted to try the asada torta.. I ordered through the drive-thru when I got home I opened up my box and I was like where's the... top bread? This thing was $8 and I had to pay an extra $3 because it didn't come with any avocado! I mean it would have beenall right if it tasted good but the meat was way over seasoned with salt..and to be honest this thing was no bigger than a hotdog bun! What a rip! They also messed up my order I ordered two chicken soft tacos and they gave me two snack crunchy tacos. I'mdel done with del Taco! Sad meal for real! Read more
Sorry to say but I had a very bad experience . Please do something about your quality on food. You served us cold food . Crispy... chicken box: chicken was like prepared 8-10 ago . Your soda tastes like rust in them. When I informed the employees about thebad taste , nobody bothered to resolve the issue . Such a shame that atleast 5 employees were there and only one customer in thestore even then no sense of responsibility. Read more
I'm giving one star not because of the employees but the owners. They should definitely know better and most of the complaints... come down to the owners demands and the way they run their branch. The employees do what they can and I feel bad that they get alot of the bad rep, they have been pretty nice and consistent every time I go there. Read more
They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give them. I ordered 2 tacos and what I got was 2 tacos with hardly any meet or... cheese mostly just a shell. I called and they finally answered after I called like 7 times. I take my food back down there andthey made me new tacos which was great. They didn't offer me a drink or anything for me having to drive back over there. I tookthe 2 so called tacos back to give them and the guy working the drive thru says they don't take outside food and I told him thisis not outside food. He responded to me "dude what part of that do you not understand?" I said excuse me u do not talk tocustomers like that. He started yelling at me I said fine fine and he kept on. I was astounded. Could not get our order right, ordered it 3 different ways. One guy swapped to another guy and then just asked us to order at... the window. The the lady at the window couldn?t get it right either. Finally after some time we got it on the screen correctly.But somehow still got shorted 1 crispy chicken taco with creamy ranch and guac?d up. Read more
Del taco is soooo bomb????, but they are slacking on serving the food fresh at this location, and sadly you can?t order any of... the delicious milkshakes they serve because the machine is broken. I mean they have hella delicious flavors????! I?m low keythinking they don?t wanna make them because it?s annoying when ur super busy, but I can?t honestly say thats what it is but asit is coming up on a year and still!?, the shake machine is down ????. I honestly couldn?t think about The DelTaco as a companythat would let their machines stay broken,bringing in ZERO revenue for an entire year is crazy for me to think ????..Maybe I?vegot it all wrong and they can?t afford the repairs because having a franchise makes you responsible for those kinds of issues???????. Del taco has that family pack deal for $15.99 or so. Which is perfect for a quick midweek through weekend meal for the Family.... Other than that Del taco has that fresh guacamole burrito with beef, that was very delicious. I ordered inside rather than thedrive through and my food didn't take long to be ready. Read more
