When we first got here, there was a sign up saying restroom break, be back in 10 minutes. Thought that was really weird, never... seen a "restroom break" sign before, but now seeing other reviews on this place saying the same thing. Well after waiting 25minutes, a young kid in sweatpants comes and opens the door and takes the order of a family that just walked in instead of mine.When I ordered he gave me a waffle cone I didn't ask for, then upcharging me $1.50 for it when the menu only said it was$1.00.Called him on it and he said oh the waffle cone is more expensive based on how many scoops you get, so since I got two scoops,the waffle cone was $1.50 instead of a dollar. Not that that makes any sense, but at least update your menu to tell me that, Imean come on. It's a digital menu. It's not that hard to update. Also, the mint chocolate chip ice cream very sandy texture. Notsure why it was weird. I've never had ice cream be sandy before but the mocha chocolate fudge was very good. I will say they hadplenty of options and I would say I would come back if the staff and incorrect menu pricing wasn't so bad. Read more
Second time here and I really wanted to love it because I think their concept is great but unfortunately the cookies we had... tonight with our cookie sundae were stale and difficult to bite into. I was expecting the soft baked cookie, assuming that theyare baked fresh there but it totally was not. I still enjoy the ice cream, flavors, and toppings. This place has great options and very tasty ice cream. However the staff that was working the day I went was horrible. They put... a paper up that said on a 10 minute bathroom break. Cool we all have to go to restroom however I was there for a good 20 minutesand no one would appear. I called the phone no answer knocked the door, no response. I was legitimately worried the personinside had had an accident or something. Out of the restroom comes this young guy like nothing with his airpods on. Receives ourorders, whatever, gets them done they are delicious, I pay he then gives me the straws instead of handing he just throws them atme. After waiting a while to finally try this place, first experience wasn?t pleasant they need better staff for sure. Read more
Love this place! The ice cream is tasty and they have different options for your sweet tooth. Cookies, brownies, shakes,... sundaes. If you order it from grub hub it will stay frozen until the person delivers it. My most recent visit was in person andthe owner I presume is very friendly and personable. The young man behind the counter was also very friendly so kudos on yourcustomer service and kudos on your ice cream shop. Read more

If your looking for an ice cream sandwich you've found the place! The ice cream tastes homemade and you can get any type of... cookie or brownie you want. They even have vegan options! But they have limited seating. Read more
Was over charged. Original transaction was 10.97 and for some reason first swipe didn't read so emoplyee retried transaction and... inseted card into white reader and was charged 12.97. Pretty sure he tipped himself. And when We left we noticed that it was notthe 2 scoops we paid for it was maybe one scoop. Very disappointed, like their ice cream but won't be going back after beingcheated like that. Read more
