After I chatted with doordash I got a $6 refund that i have to wait a week for, and stilldidn't cover the cost of the item ???? Read more
Great ice cream ,wonderful staff very fast and helpful
First time there today around 7:45 pm and felt extremely rushed by workers. All 5 workers were standing there to just make one... order. The gentleman that was present at the time was helpful and patient with us. However the other workers didn?t bother tolet us know how Coldstone remotely operated. Please learn to be patient with customers and let them have a good firstexperience. Read more

Ice cream was great. Service was ok. It was nothing special. One promise they have posted on the wall says "fun, friendly,... ...... people who exceed customer expectations... Unmatched cleanliness... And superior service" I did not get that promise whenI was there. It was more nutrual and typically service. It was not horrible service... It was just not what they promised. Itwas a little dusty, dirty, and the windows where stained. Bathroom said out of order with a sign made out of computer paper andmarkers. I'm being a bit critical cus of the promise they have on the wall. It's not a bad place it's just nit what theypromised. Read more
Service was absolutely horrible. We were extremely rushed and didn't even get what we wanted. These "young girls" who work there... need to be taught some manners and more customer service. We are extremely unhappy with our experience. Never again. Read more
