We love chillie's. We stop by to order to go and the restaurant was clean, not a lot of people at this location but the... atmosphere was somewhat relaxed. We order only appetizers, Southwestern Rolls and Big Bites ???? and they were delicious. Theservice was quick, then again it was almost at closing time and we only order to go. I'll definitely recommend the place toenjoy some delicious baby back ribs or the appetizers, not a fan of their pasta but then again, we don't order often. Read more
It used to be such a wonderful restaurant to be at. I have been coming here for years, but lately the customer service has... really gone downhill. This afternoon, we went in and they just sat us down, took our drink order and food order like 3 minutesafter ordering drinks. Right after that, we never saw our waitress. She was standing in the front and in my opinion she was notbusy since she was just watching the football game that was playing. All of our cups were empty, we had no napkins at the table,and needed an extra plate for our baby. Even when it came time to pay, our monitor at the table was not working so we had tocall her to help us with the payment. She seemed bothered and didn?t offer us to-go boxes. The gentleman who brought our foodand drinks out was super nice though. He was welcoming and had a big smile on his face. It?s disappointing to me since we havealways came here due to the customer service being beyond excellent and now the pst few times it has changed but today? todaywas 100% different and not acceptable. Waited at the front entrance to be seated or EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED for 15 minutes. Two employees saw us waiting and didn't even... acknowledge us. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will never return to this location. We went around 2 pm, there were only 4 tables of peopleand 2 visible employees in the FOH. There's no excuse to not acknowledge customers, even if it's just to say it'll be a wait tobe seated.
