First visit to this chain. Service good. Food good. Prices ok.
This place is TERRIBLE. Even as the only customers there with a simple order, they took forever. Not only that, they took all... that time and stillanaged to forget to put the egg on a breakfast sandwich. How do you screw that up? It is literally the mainingredient and they can't even do that. I ordered two sandwiches lettuce wraped. I normally order my sandwiches this way everytime I go to Carl's Jr. Today however, one... of my sandwiches had the lettuce blackened. The other sandwich's lettuce was wilted and looked and felt that it had been boiledbefore adding it to the sandwich. I'm sure the heat of the meat was a factor but I can say the lettuce was not good quality. Inever had this problem with any of the Carl Jr other orders I had been getting. My son also complained about the lettuce in hissandwiches. This is not going to deter me from coming to Carl's Jr again because the problem seems to be with this locationonly. Read more

I went to try out the breakfast bacon beast burrito. It was priced at $7.50 good thing I had a buy one get one free because it... was no beast. All it had was egg, slice of American cheese and three strips of bacon. I will not be going to get one because$7.50 for this burrito is ridiculous. They should of at least added some potatoes and maybe some onions and peppers. I alsoasked for salsa and they did not put any in my bag. The taste was average kind of bland if it wasn't for the bacon I wouldn'thave gave it any stars. The veggies would of spiced it up a bit and for the price they should of included them. Read more
This place doesn't skip a beat. Food is consistently good and customer service is on top of their game. Interior and exterior... are very clean. I enjoyed the BBQ Western Beyond Meat combo with crisscut fries. Read more

Me and my husband ordered here for the first time and we were very disappointed. Fries were not fresh and pretty hard. When we... opened up our burgers they looked flatten and not very appetizing. We had a disappointing meal. We could of went to Five Guys orMc Donald's instead. Only thing that we enjoyed from this meal was our soda. Never going again to this location, and probablythat's why no one goes to this location since it looked so emptied. Read more
