I usually love Carl's Jr but the service was not the greatest today. It's ok tho it's still great food!!
Worse Carl's Jr. in Fresno, lady taking my order thru drive-thru was moody and has the worst customer service. Got a charbroiled... chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw in the middle. Asked for a cinnamon roll, and they didn't have any. Purchased acheesecake and didn't even get it.... Read more

One of my favorites, and love the famous star and fried zucchini at this franchise. The place was super clean, and the store... customer service people were nice and professional. I went the next evening as I was staying at a nearby hotel. So I went there2 evenings in a row because the hamburgers I purchased were flavorful, and they made it exactly how I liked it; full ofcondiments and heavy on the pickles. Nice people too!! We ordered in the drive thru and had coupons and the lady there told us to pull up to the second window and since there were... people behind us that did a regular order. She took their order first, so she told us to go to the parking lot and she?ll bringour order out to us and after 20 min I decided to go in the building and as soon as she saw me she said ?oh sorry? with a grinon her face and our order was sitting there on the table. 5 stars for night manager, Johnny! This was mine and friends first time ever at Carl's Jr. Place was empty, but John was so nice... and helpful. Gave us tips on everything, including local sight seeing. Tried the "Beyond Meat" burger, and liked it enough.Fresh and tasty (as far as fast food goes).. Restaurant was clean, and apparently they'll be renovating soon to update thefacilities. *No internet right now, but it's the local service provider who needs to replace the box. Read more
