Half of the time or 75% of the time they lock their doors at 8:00 at night when the sign say they closed their doors at 10:00... p.m. the staff seem like they don't take their job that serious they're only two staff members I'll wait in today and they werevery rude they were out of Cherry Coke you think they will put a sign out there or something hell I'm afraid to even might havespit in my food they don't seem like they know what they're doing hopefully they get a good management team going over there atnight until then I'm not coming back Read more

Sorry folks, this is going to be a brutal one, I do try to be nice on these things, but just on some occasions you just can't be... polite. It is not the fault of any of the crew members that this is the worst Carl's Jr in Fresno. It is the general manager orthe franchise owner's fault. The British have a saying, "The fish rots from the head down." It seems like every time my wifeand I go there there's always a problem, they don't have something or something is broke so they can't make something else,there's always an excuse. And if the district manager doesn't get things turned around at that location maybe the regionalmanager should discuss the district manager's future. Drive through I bought a fried chicken burger and the chicken did not taste good.... Slimy texture inside and chewy in a bad way. I called and someone answered right away. I asked if I can "exchange , get areturn , or if they can't do much. Basically what can be done. He was silent!! Literally for more than 30 seconds just quiet . Ican hear everything in the back but , he didn't hang up or say anything. I hanged up and tried calling a minute late but nobodywas answering. Quick Update!! The manager called me today and apologized about her staff and she was very sweet. She didn't makeme feel dumb about calling that day. She did say additional training will be given. Came up to the drivethru at 8:55 on a Friday night. They said they weren't taking orders because they were "cleaning the grill".... What's the point of being open if you're not going to serve at random times? Do I have to call ahead and make reservations? Read more

For some reason my previous review from last week got deleted so let me re-post it. I came through and ordered, got home and... realized I had food missing. The restaurant refused to answer no matter how many times I tried calling and reaching out onsocial media got me nowhere. They were too far to justify driving back so I lost my money. We placed a pick up order at BK through their app, arrived to pick up only to be told they were closed. First though? Trusty... Carl's Jr with their late accommodating hours will be open. I wanted a real hamburger. Usually Carl Jr pretty good. The Bacon Western burgers were half the size of the display picture.... Bacon was no where near crispy. The taste matched. Disappointed with the sandwiches. This feedback is from both me and myfriend. The cost of a six piece jalepeno poppers ( tater tot type, chopped and crunch). Small sized for the price isridiculous.
