Sorry folks, this is going to be a brutal one, I do try to be nice on these things, but just on some occasions you just can't be... polite. It is not the fault of any of the crew members that this is the worst Carl's Jr in Fresno. It is the general manager orthe franchise owner's fault. The British have a saying, "The fish rots from the head down." It seems like every time my wifeand I go there there's always a problem, they don't have something or something is broke so they can't make something else,there's always an excuse. And if the district manager doesn't get things turned around at that location maybe the regionalmanager should discuss the district manager's future.
