Worst BK I've ever been to. Staff lags on professional skills to greed and have a friendly attitude. Today 9/24/22 the staff on... duty at around 8:35pm was completely rude. i pulled up to the lobby and was completely ignored. I waited about 10 mins and stillno help. Read more
I did the survey 8/3. I requested to be contacted. Still haven't heard from a manager (9/12). I update my review to help others... before eating here. This store has management issues. If they are out of Coke, sweet and sour sauce, and avocado spread fortheir advertised burger, it is management. They charge an extra $1 for the $5 meal. Posted is a sign, "No refills." Employee:I asked if the burger had mayo. She said no, it had avocado spread. The one they did not have, I did not know this untilafterwards. I ordered a Coke. She had to get it from the back. The soda machine was out of order. She came back and saidthere's no Coke. I asked for sweet and sour sauce. She said they only had Barbecue sauce. When I got my food I checked it. Theburger had mayo. She said they did not have the avocado spread. She did not offer to make it right. This falls on theemployee. Management is responsible for failing to be stocked up. Na it?s crazy we walk in as we are ordering we are getting checked out by a female she looks like she in a bad mood like save it... for the house she rolling her eyes then has nothing but disrespect as we sit down we orderd a meal as we ate we asked for arefill she declined that we can?t get refills when we bought a whole meal another coustemer kindly asked for ketchup gave her somuch aditude and almost shouted at he like save the disrespect for some where else but work smh ??????? Well there was like 2 workers in total. One cook, one cashier. It was empty and on what I would consider to be the rough side of... town. And mind you I'm from Bakersfield, so that's saying something. You can clearly see they need more people working as theinside was a bit dirty, nothing super noticeable unless your a health department inspector. The food was reheated properly, I'mnot going to say cook, cause there wasn't any cooking really happening. The cashier was nice and she's really trying her best.There was a security guard keeping the place company as there are several homeless bodies around. We visited this burger king when going back from Sequoia park. They in deed had no fries and vege burgers so our vege colleague... was disappointed but?. Imagine 90F outside and inside crew listening warren g - regulators, 2pac, biggie? good 90 hip hop.
