I have ordered a layered strawberry sundae numerous times and my son went in there to order it for me and the girl made some... nasty old sundae and when I called to complain she wanted to sit there and argue and blame my son when he told her what Iwanted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said ?we?re closing already so you could call tomorrow? We were greeted with a smile as soon as walked in. We were waited on Sam who was very friendly. The staff worked very well... together (Sam, Shawn, and Luis). It was the best experience that I have had a a Baskin-Robbins. I ordered a Bannana Strawberrysmoothie, and my wife and son ordered ice cream. Read more

The ice cream is very delicious and very creamy. It honestly doesn't compare to coldstone but it is a second best. The prices... are very high but the food is actually really good as well as ice cream. They have great shakes and always have great deals andthey usually have specials every month for certain holidays or special days of the month. Always call ahead and ask if they ranout of something because you don't want to waste a trip. Read more
