Finally got a chance to eat there with a new friend who had been there before. I had the Turkey Carver Sandwich, and he had the... Taco Salad. Both offerings were ample serving sized and we both enjoy our selections. Several other items on the menu soundedgreat too, so perhaps I?ll get to try more at another point. The service was quick and pleasant, the pricing seemed fair .. andthe water glasses large enough you don?t have to keep asking for more water. I do think if they moved some outside table to theIce Cream side of the building it would help the outdoor seating arrangement keeping diners out of direct sun.. just a thoughtfrom my friend and I agreed with him.. I?ll likely try it again and get more pictures / details will then follow.. Go see it foryourself! Btw the owners own other eateries nearby as noted on the placemats (as my friend pointed out to me)..So go try themall! I plan to! .. Update: I returned to try something on their breakfast menu.. I had a Swiss omelet with hash browns.. Ienjoyed it fully and I think it?s the first time I emptied my plate! My friend did likewise.. we enjoyed the food and the fineservice. Their Texas French toast is as good as it's gets. They are very accommodating in making a meal that suits your desires. Their... soft ice cream is some of the best in Hunterdon County. I give it a two thumbs up. Read more

Had a desperate need for lunch with a 4-year-old. We only had to wait a few minutes - it was VERY busy - before we were... seated. I had been here about 30 years ago as a child, so bringing my stepdaughter was a nice treat. The kids' menu is verythorough. One western omelet, a grilled cheese, and a panini later, we were happily full. Portions are quite large. If we arein the area again, we'll happily return! Excellent spot for a family meal. Read more

So this is the 3rd time I?ve been to this place. Every time I come here, I say it will be my last. The service SUCKS, the food... was cold (again) and no one brought us coffee until we asked the bus person for it. The food is mediocre at best.... Has anice cream store here too- not much to remark on. This place needs to hire experienced servers and cooks instead of ineptteenage girls who are clueless on basic service and etiquette. Recently re-modeled and looks nice but go spend your moneyelsewhere. I?M NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Read more
