My gosh, the flavors that this chef is able to generate are unbelievable. I'm signing my name to this, stating you cannot... duplicate what Mia turns out. I've been living on her chicken pot pies and soups. I don't care where you acquire a chicken potpie. I've not had anything like it in my lifetime. The portion is large, the crust is wonderful, especially if you break it upand squish it down into the pot pie. The crust absorbs and delivers up flavors unheard of. Mia's soups are indescribable. Icannot begin to describe the flavors coming forth when you open your lips and take your first sip or slurp of her soups. Herbutternut apple squash soup has more flavor than anything you can find in New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco or perhaps evenFrance. I have no idea what herbs and flavors she matches and infuses into her soups, but the flavor goes beyond anythingyou've had in your lifetime. Today, I tried her shrimp and corn chowder soup. I almost didn't order it, as I've had itelsewhere. I'm yet shaking my head, as I cannot fathom how she gets the flavors she does. Enough. Were I a doctor, I'd bewriting you a prescription for her soups and pot pies. This is the perfect time of year for that, and her prices given thevolume delivered, are excellent. I paid about $13-17 for an entire quart of soup. Consider a restaurant gets from $6 to $8dollars for a cup, Mia's soups are not only a bargain, but they are also a meal unto themselves. Buy her chicken pot pie and afew of her soups. You've not had anything as flavorful. I once wrote of Mia her stars begin where Michelin stars leave off. We highly recommend the catering team at 15 Landsdowne! They catered our 150 person wedding this October. From the start, Mia... was able to work within our budget and set up phone calls to get to know us as a couple to help us craft the perfect menu. Thetasting was easy to set up and we really enjoyed the experience. Tara was our day-of event contact and she didn't miss a singledetail. The flow of the event was perfect and we loved every single dish from their team. We received so many compliments fromour guests! They loved the beef entree, butternut squash soup, garlic potatoes, and our fall themed dessert table!
