Normally I love JJ. They?re fast with delivery down to my work on the south side. But tonight when my daughter specifically... asked for JJ before her softball game I went through the drive through. The person taking orders had to ask me back every singlething I said to her. Ordered a #12 and #16. Both with a couple freebies and asked them to cut in half. The only thing that wascorrect on our sandwiches was the number written on the package. They did not take care and did not make sure their sandwicheswere made to order. There were also so many workers and hardly any customers. Makes me sad. Read more

My family was so happy with dinner last night they all wanted it again. Tonight not 1 sandwich was correct.
Today will be the last day I ever spend money at Jimmy John?s! Time and time again my sandwich has been wrong or the meal will... be missing the cookie or chips. If I spend my money on your food I should get what I paid for. If I ask for extra avocado andget charged for it and it ends up having no avocado that?s a problem. Sat at the drive through menu for 10 mins. Had to pull up to the window and honk horn to get attention. Was told to drive... around again to place our order. Our sandwich was also incorrect but after that experience we didn't feel like anything wouldbe done about it. Read more
Asked for a #7 no onions extra sauce and as many peppers as they could put on it without getting fired. They didn't let me down.... Tried Jimmy John's in Omaha a couple of years ago and was not impressed. Decided to give Fremont a shot. Been a happy repeatcustomer for a couple of years. Never have had a bad sandwich. Thank you.
