Today I went to wing stop at pacific commons location the Hispanic lady with the 2 nose piercings that were silver. Was very... rude. Interrupted us. Kept rolling her eyes. We were polite she just had a bad attitude. Her name is Britney, just checked thereceipt. I?ve had better experiences at other wing stops and she overcharged me for something I got cheaper at a different wingstop location and gave me the worst chicken strip pieces with mainly fat barely any chicken. Vegetarian at Wingstop! ???? I have found myself at Wingstop opting to stand out while my family picks up their meal. Today for... a change I went in with Tony Lam, the franchisee who ordered my vegetarian meal and I was pleasantly surprised at the tastyoptions. Thank you, Tony. I had some great savory choices. Very disappointed. Ordered meal for 2. The person at the register (maria) is amazingly terrible. Ordered the food at 20:40 and... did not get the order until 21:13. Asked for a refund then they gave us the food. That register person forgot about fries orsomething because the ticket was not there. The chicken is cold now... And we ordered bone in gave us boneless. A total waste ofmoney. if you are ever planning to eat here try ordering online or just dont go. Waited more than 30 minutes for a fast foodplace. The music speakers were blasting and constant beeping noise made it very difficult for the employee to clearly hear customer?s... order. The Louisiana rub should be called Lousy rub. It was extremely salty to the point, it was unsafe to eat. The bbq wingswere disappointing. The fries were soggy. The whole experience was disappointing. Six wings combo for $13+ could have beenbetter. Felt bad for the employees as the quality of the food did bot reflect the decent efforts that the employees put toservice the customers.
