Probably thee slowest establishment in America. I think. Or Fremont! Please bless this location with a crew that has better... management skills. As a matter of fact, just replace everyone with robots. Also - do yourself a favor and just go home to makeyour own tacos. Buy some flour tortillas at Safeway, some canned black beans, shredded cheese, whip out those hot sauces you?vecollected from all the take out, and there ya go! Taco Bell is served. As America's #1 Mexican restaurant I would expect better service than what I received. This large chain restaurant suffers from... the same problem as many other large organizations. As they've automated their ordering process, similar to self checkout, in aneffort to save money, staff that they keep at the front desk has been significantly reduced. It's fine if you know how to usethe touch screen to complete your order, but for legacy customers (polite for tech challenged), they prefer to stand in front ofthe register and order. This particular method can take an extremely long time when everyone is busy doing something else. Ihate to admit it, but even when you do use the touch screen, the food doesn't really arrive all that quickly. It is Taco Bell,so I can't give it a one star, because ultimately, I still get my food. Curious why the staff doesn?t pay attention to requests, specifically on sauces. Last 4x I?ve ordered delivery..I?ve asked for... only fire and hot sauce. And every time they would only send mild. I don?t mean make a big deal out of it but it?s irritatingat this point for me that I had to write a review. Please tell your staff to honor requests. There are plenty of other TacoBells we could go to. Thank you. Read more

Another visit to Taco Bell recently (May 2022) Served raw/unbaked Chalupa. Hardly any stuffing? short serving in every... aspect. No quality control. It is Expensive too - and very low quality and service quotient. This place is not worth one?smoney. Bad Bad, Taco Bell. ?- This place every time messes up the order. Every mobile order either they will serve non-veg fora veg order or they will fail to put any sauces napkins or eating sporks. This has been happening for the last four times atleast no order has been served as expected. And when you talk to them or call them back or go back to them, they have a verysnobby response. I don?t like this place at all. If you can avoid it do so. Read more

The worst customer experience for a drive thru order. The order was completely mixed up, the details of the order was correctly... reflected on the screen but still gave wrong food. I have asked to replace chicken/meat with black beans which clearly showed onthe display and when I opened the order after reaching home, the order was completely different. I was totally irritated andfelt disrespectful for not paying attention to the instructions of the customer. This is very pathetic and person who packedthe food did not pay any attention and gave me wrong order which is absolutely negligence. I called the restaurant back andasked if I can speak with the manager to share my worst experience however i was told manager left for the day and there is nosupervisor either at the restaurant. This is unacceptable and would rate zero stars for the restaurant who does not care fortheir customers. I will not recommend this place... Read more
