Literally the worst taco bell in Fremont. They should change the name to "We don't have any...". Every time you go there it's... always we don't have this or that or we will mess up your order. I see why everyone flocks to the McDonald's next door. Read more
My "burrito" came with less beef than my soft tacos.. it also wasnt grilled. Not the first time either. You need to check your... order in the drive thru because they dont care enough to get anything right. I suggest the mission location next to safeway asits leaps and bounds better than this horrible store Read more
We were here at Fremont for a visit we decided to eat in this Taco Bell place they had very bad customer service especially we... were customers dining at this time, and a kitchen staff member denied the use of the restrooms so I decided to go and askanother Taco Bell employee member and he came and opened with and open with a fob key the door for the restrooms the kitchenstaff employee said that the key was misplaced or just thrown away. Unfortunately I couldn't get the name of this employee butthis Taco Bell location I do not recommend they also make mistakes on other customers orders and one of the customers wasyelling at the employee for the mistreating. We will never return to this Taco Bell again if we ever come back to Fremont. We donot recommend this place. Read more
Very rude, manger slammed to go order on the counter 3 out of 5 tacos broke shells. Asked for extra Fire sauce, and she told me... she already put a handful, she walked away and I had to wait another 2 minutes for her to come back and give me 4 morepackets. What a joke. Super poor customer service. I won't ever go there again. Read more
Had a worker taking orders with a very ?I don?t want to be here? tone which is probably why they made a mistake on my order... cause they were distracted with their own thoughts instead of focusing on work. Irritating to run into these kinds of workersespecially if you?re running on a time sensitive schedule and don?t want to go back to them to tell them that the order waswrong since they seem to be declining all calls despite there being still 1 hour before closing. i went there around 7:30 pm, i expected the worse as i had bad experiences before, but this time was totally different, food... quality and accuracy was on point. i see new staff and looking much cleaner as before. friendly cashiers, ad helpful. thsi tacobell is getting better and better Read more
We?ve ordered power menu veggie bowl, literally it has nothing in it. Just two black beans insite it lol. One must open the box... then and there and check the quantity. Waste of money!! Read more
