If there is option to give zero star, I would. We were there Tuesday dinner time. I asked for steak and cheese. The lady said no... more steak with annoyed attitude. We decided to get 2 footlong Black Forest ham. When I asked for cucumber, the lady shoutedthat Subway never had cucumbers. I was a little shocked because of the tone and also the statement. I ate at a lot of Subways inthe past. This is the first one said they don?t provide cucumbers. Moreover, the quality of the sub is pretty bad. The ham tastenot fresh at all. this is my daughter?s favorite sub, but she barely ate 1/3. I would stay away from this store. Terrible staff.Terrible food. Read more

I really liked this subway until they scammed me. I lived near by and would come in regularly. I went to use a coupon and they... acted like they wouldn?t honor it, I could have used the app and had the deal honored but somehow in their store it wouldn?thave applied. The acted as if they did me a favor by deciding to honor the coupon anyways but added an inflated up charge for anitem on my sandwiches conveniently totally to the cost of my 2nd sandwich in the buy one get one deal. So basically the couponwas nullified and I paid just as much as I normally would have- I wouldn?t have gone into the subway if it wasn?t for thecoupon. For that reason this place cannot be trusted and they?ve lost my business. They were great the dozen times I went inbefore so it?s disappointing they would be so greedy to exploit their customers like this. Read more

I expect more from subway. I watched the worker handle cash and coins with gloves on after she made the previous persons order,... and then proceed to make my order without changing the gloves. She didn't really seem to know what was going on while making myorder, and then she sneezed into her hand. I could clearly see her at the sink pretending to wash her hands, did not even gether hands wet, and the sink literally did not even have soap at it so she did not use soap either- so she sneezed into her handsand did not wash them. Disgusting. Read more

Rude service, poor quality. Sandwich was left in the toaster way too long causing the bread to be rock hard in the meat burnt.... The young man had a really bad attitude with no manners. I'll be sure to never go here again. Jimmy John's is worth the drive. Read more

Avoid this Subway location, they will not honor coupons that other Subways in the area will. Go instead to the following close... by locations that are participating in national coupon and app promo code promotions (I checked these three locations and allcurrently accept buy one get one offers): Subway Chevron C-Store 46050 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538 Subway Wal-Mart #298944009 Osgood Road, Fremont CA 94539 Subway Unocal Gas Station 43571 Mission Blvd, A-3, Fremont, CA 94539 The story: I receiveda Subway coupon mailer and came to this location to redeem a buy one get one free BOGO sandwich offer but the manager howeverwould not honor the coupon. He was only willing to honor a different coupon with significantly less promotional discount valuefrom the same mailer (two sandwiches for $12.99). You cannot claim to not participate and then pick and choose which coupons youwant to honor! The manager tried to come up with some excuse such as the coupon being good only out of state despite the mailedto me and my living only blocks away from this location. The staff is also rude, when asking for extra spinach, under thewatchful eye of the manager the impatient lady making my sandwich placed just two extra spinach leaves onto the sandwich. Theyalso don't seem to understand their own promotions, I tried to make my sandwich a melt for an additional $1 as per theadvertisement poster pasted on their windows but they said it worked only for certain sandwiches and only certain types ofbreads despite the marketing that I also found online stating the following: "any 6-inch or Footlong sandwich can be made a meltfor 50-cents or $1, respectively (may vary)". Regrettably, there's really nothing redeeming about this place. Read more

at least this time (2/17/20) staff was much more professional and understanding. the chicken vandaloo sandwich could come as... expected with whatever the customer wants to add. its sctually pretty good. Unfortunately, confused on customer relations?Today, they advertised taste of India sandwich (See a posted picture). Yet when ordering you are told that this comes withpredefined veggies and no option to customize yourself. Fine, at least they told you before, because absolutely nothing on themenu/ad indicates so. That means that they immediately lost me interest and I canceled trying. I gave the feedback that atsubway expectation is that you actually can do such customization. It is for me part of the attraction. And so it is not OK tocancel that option for this sandwich; what has it special. It cost already way more than regular ones! Instead of taking thefeedback (let alone act on the feedback and so let me select what I want), the attendant argues with me justifying that it wouldbe a one week trial as an excuse and that he told me before; instead of actually taking my feedback and thanking me for it ?after all the trial is for feedback and they should know that not letting veggie selection is the killer to this sandwich?Arguing and arguing is not ok? I don?t care why they impose it. I am giving feedback that I don?t like it and I am not gonna buythis sandwich. They should thank me instead. It went rapidly to the point where I said that I had given feedback and that wasit. Then finally ask for the manager. That guy who is clearly not the manager claimed to be it. So here are the big lessons 1)thanks and cherish customer feedback 2) try to act on it instead of doing something contrary to your customer expectations andin fact not even stated in your own ad/menu 3) Accommodate when you receive feedback instead of thinking that stating it is sois an acceptable answer 4) never ever argue with your customers, especially when it is about receiving feedback a Read more

Walked in today at around 2:30, didn?t even get greeted by the employee. There was 1 customer in front of me. I see the employee... making multiple sandwiches which I thought were for the guy in front of me. Then I see they guy sit down with 1 sandwich. Theemployee is still making sandwiches, then after like 5 minutes he looks at me and asks me how many sandwiches I wanted. Alreadyannoyed that I?ve been waiting while he makes online orders, ask him if he was ready. He tells me yes, then turns around to putmore sandwiches in the oven. I walked out before I went off on him!! Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. Won?t begoing to Subway anymore!! Read more
