We just went to this popeye Fremont hub branch yesterday and my friend who is mexican heard that the male look like mexican in... the cashier order the female crew to give the small portion of the chicken because we use coupon for me is not fair why youhired this kind of person and why popeye send this kind of coupon that only give us disappointment. The cashier named Magdalena took my order and was very nice to my face. But while I awaited for my order to be prepared I over... heard her and a fellow coworker of hers talking s*!+ about me behind my back in there native language; which I understand. I've been to this place multiple times and my first few times were horrible to say the least. The cashier at the moment was... totally unprofessional and rushed you to order and then got an attitude when you told her you were unhappy. After my first twoexperiences there that were horrible I just didn't want to go back instead of writing a review I just never went back. It's beenabout 8 months and I was craving Popeyes so my bf and I both agreed that it's been a while and since we didn't want to drive farwe would give this one another chance. When we walked in it smelled so amazing we were excited and also excited to see a newteam. Juan is so amazing at what he does and seems like a really amazing manager. I was happy to see him taking our order and Ifelt at eaze to order and Juan was very patient with me because I never know what I want to eat and he was laughing at my jokesand his engagement was great. He answered every question I had without a problem. Unfortunately when we got our food and wasready to eat our food was cold like it had been sitting there too long and some of my chicken nuggets were uncooked. been here twice and both times my order was wrong in one way or another. the first time they gave me shrimp instead of chicken,... second time they gave be an 8 piece instead of the 12 i had ordered, they're very nice though, just frustrating that my orderhasnt been right both times hoping this made sense, I'm not the best at wording things,, Read more

This Popeyes is so WHACK. Food is crazy expensive.... Decided to try the Cajun rice instead of mac n cheese- I take 1 bite n ITS... FLIPPIN GROSS. I immediately tell the manger w the crazy eye that idont like it and ask to switch to mac n cheese and he VERYRUDELY shuts me down. NO. U can't switch! WHO DOES THAT I DIDNT EVEN EAT THE DAMN RICE.
