I received some very horrible customer service from this young lady I ordered a small regular coffee and it took like 30 minutes... for me to get it I have to basically go up there and ask for my coffee because she didn't care about me anymore after I paid. This was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that I was in I felt very embarrassed and ashamed not even went into thislocation but I never will I'm very disappointed at the customer service that this young lady has presented to me. The location was great and they have good coffee. Staffs were nice and I like the vibe of this place.
Overall a nice place and has a consistent quality. Service is fine. But the prices have been going up regularly. $5.70 for a cup... of latte is too much. There seems to be no regulations for Peet's and Starbucks. Read more
Typical Peet's experience. Staff is "coached" friendly. Regardless of time of day, out of certain items. Not a horrible... experience by any means, but a little effort would make them great instead of just good. Read more
Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. Coffee was okay, but not my taste. Staff were friendly enough & service was quick, even on a... busy Saturday afternoon. This wouldn't be my first choice for coffee, but I'd probably choose it over Starbucks. Read more

The coffee was very good. The hostess was very nice. I have to mark you down because they put the seam of the cup towards the... front and therefore hot coffee dribbled all over me. THANKS! This is barista 101, the cup seam goes OPPOSITE the drinkinghole. If I've helped just one person, it will have been worth it. Read more
