In the past, my experience at this place has been great but today while I Was trying to use a coupon, this young lady at the... register, who is probably a new hire, told me in a very grumpy voice, to give her coupon while placing order next time. Anyways,I heard it but didn?t say anything but then she said it again, at which point, I told her off. The restaurant looks nice and modern. Pretty clean. There was only one English speaker on staff. I speak okay Spanish so I got... to listen to the gal call me bad names because I was having an issue with the app and had to have them use the register to getmy food. It's not their fault their app doesn't work, it is however inexcusable to feel free to use profanity assuming that Idon't speak that language. Also, after explaining a minor but important edit to my order (very easy to do on the app, amazinglydifficult in person) they still got it wrong. This meant my son only got to eat half of his dinner. I was really hungry after work and wanted to walk in to order something but they locked the doors. I came around 9:20pm and they... close at 11! I understand locking up and cleaning at 10 or maybe 9:50, but what the hell!? The doors are locked way to early! Read more
Indoor dining smells like a homeless shelter. I think it is because a lot of homeless people hang out there. Smells like sweat... and body odor as if someone hadsn't showered for months. I saw several homeless people when I went there today. Normally I amvery tolerating but the smell was too much. Read more
We use this as our designated McD for quick drive-through orders. Two downsides... Weirdly, despite its location, this is NOT a... 24hr McD. So early morning coffees are not offered. The other downside is that there's clearly a homeless problem, and theemployees do not take any active steps to reduce it. So you can expect to get hassled on most of your trips through thedrive-through. Otherwise, all good. Quick. Food is fine. No issues with orders. Read more
Rating compared to other McDonalds and fast food chains in the area. This McDonalds has high quality and is really clean inside.... The staff are also friendly. When you are craving those golden crispy fries, I am not disappointed anytime I come to thislocation! A fish fillet or two are also a personal favorite. Read more
