Service is slow. I've been waiting for over 20 mins inside an empty restaurant waiting for my order. They seem to prioritize... drive thru customers over dine in customers as they seem to get the food ready faster for drive thru and delivery drivers. Ifyou're going to order from here, do so from the drive thru or through delivery or you'll be waiting forever. All I ordered wasa breast piece combo and 12 wings and I've been waiting 20 mins for them to make the wings. It seems like if you order originalrecipe breast pieces your order will take a little bit longer because they never seem to have those ready. I've been to thisrestaurant before through the drive-thru and even then they asked me to park because my order is not always ready. It seemslike they're streamlined processes are broken somewhere and they don't plan accordingly for traffic. Polite staff, always ready to adjust to the situation. Food is greasy and tasty the American way.
Poor service. They process online orders only after you reach store. I have to wait another 20 min to get my items. There is not... enough staff in this store. Now I understand why Yum brand is not growing as like MacDonald. They just setup the franchise andthe franchise run as per they likes. Food was as fresh and good as any KFC. Staff was friendly and the service was quick.
Came in today about 530 and orders a 3pc CRISPY chicken. I requested 2 thighs and 1 leg. See picture because I got 1 Thigh and... 2 legs and 1 of the legs hardly had any skin. ????Then I noticed NO biscuit, but 2 chocolate chip cookies. Just got home to eat. My girlfriends mashed potatoes were not mixed correctly and had large clumps pf powder throughout her tub.... Do not recommend eating at this location again. Read more
Didn't eat in. Went through drive through. Food was still hot when we reach we reached out distination about a mile away. Yummy!
