Rude rude rude. And when asked to substitute any soy products with oat or almond milk- the girl Leila REFUSED!! Soy feeds cancer... cells. I have breast cancer and have been told to avoid soy! Shame on this place. You?ve definitely lost 2 customers for sure. Read more
Young hefty Mexican kid kept his airpod in and just looked at me while I was waiting to order. Stood there for 8 minutes and he... still didn?t take my order. Poorly blended smoothie. No receipt was given. Worker at the register seemed friendly but the rest of the staff did not seem... energetic and happy. The manager on duty (black shirt) handed me my drink with a smile but failed to notice the poorly blendedsmoothie. I also asked for TWO boost and as I kept my eye on the workers I did NOT see them add any boost to my smoothie whichwas paid for. As the girl attempted to blend my smoothie, she was very careless and we made eye contact as she poor this chunkysmoothie into the cup. This is very unacceptable. I?ve worked in fast food and retail and never have I ever handed out an itemthat I myself would accept. I am very disappointed with this service. Actions need to be taken. Read more
Feel bad about our experience. The employees need to lighten up. It felt like they do not have any energy. The cashier... (garbiela) was very casual and no greeting to the guests.
