Honestly, we originally stopped here to find a bathroom since there are no rest stops (that I am aware of) in the San Jose area.... The bathrooms were not very clean-there was toilet paper and garbage all over the floor of both bathrooms. One of the bathroomswas also out of toilet paper. The staff looked pretty busy making food for the drive through line so I'll attribute themessiness to being understaffed, though its hard to say for sure. Read more
We ordered 2 meals and a shake and the best thing about the meal was the shake. I couldn't believe the lady served us hard fries... like if they had been sitting since the morning. We came to the drive thru around 3:30am and we where patient and polite butthe lady seemed to be stressed out because it was only her and another person. This doesn't make it ok to give food of thisquality, she could have told us to wait. Terrible experience. Read more
If I could give it 0 Starz I would. I went here at 10pm and they were so rude the lady in there was yelling at all of the... employees and then she gave me my order which was only 2 meals but one wasn't in there. I pulled around to the door and told theworker he told mei had to get back in line to get my food. There was about 8 cars In line and i had already sat in line for 30min when I first ordered. It was a horrible experience ! Plus they never gave me a reciept so I couldn't even call Jack to tellhim about my experience! Read more
Late night munchies and a 2 hour drive ahead of me so I stop by to get a couple of tacos and a drink. I waited about 10 minutes ... before going to the drive through where at least 5 cars went through while I was waiting. As I pulled up waiting to place myorder a guy says sorry we are closed. Placed an order for delivery at 10:08 pm. Online it says they are open 24 hrs. On DoorDash it says they close at 3:19 am... (strange time). Status showed ?Preparing your order?, then ?Picking up your order?, then ?Waiting for your order?, thennothing. Then it started over again but showing a different driver. Got to ?Waiting for your order? again, then ?Ordercanceled?. I got a message at 10:30 saying my order was canceled because the store is closed! When you call the phone numbershown it goes directly to a fast busy signal. Is this place open anymore or what?! Very frustrating. Read more
