None of the Indians restaurants in the Bay Area could bring the taste of authentic Hyderabadi biryani. This is my favorite place for telugu food in the bay area! The quality of the food is top notch. I went here assuming this would... be yet another ulavacharu like restaurant with abysmal quality of food. Happy to report that these people care aboutquality. The mirchi bajji and egg bajji will prove it to you. These fried delicacies were so light and didn't taste of bad oil!The egg bajji is a must try, never had anything like that. Ginger chutney and peanut chutney are ah so nice. The gutti vankayadidn't reach the taste pinnacle but i could taste the fresh, rich ingredients it was made from. This restaurant wont disappoint,your body will thank you and its a great place to introduce telugu food to your (spice loving) friends! Read more

Went here for dinner take out and ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, Paneer Masala and Chapatis. We specifically mentioned... while placing the order for the paneer dish that it be less spicy and the rotis be made from wheat. The dish turned out to betoo spicy and the rotis - readymade ones made from maida. The rotis However, the saving grace was the Hyderabadi Chicken DumBiryani. It had a nice flavour and also had a sprinkling of nutmeg. Very different from what we get in the Bay Area. Just forthe biryani, I might come back. Read more
Very nice selection of South Indiana Indian food. They have biryani (ulavacharu, Hyderabadi, Vijayawada) and lots of non... vegetarian and vegetarian options. They don't serve naan but they have chapati and white rice. Overall, I liked this restaurant,bit I did not like the fact that they used paper plates and plastics spoons, forks, and knives. The decor (see pictures) wasalso very creative and nice. 5 stars, no major problems for me except for cutlery. Read more
Vijayawada chicken biryani is very good, whereas goat dum biryani ( too much ghee) didn't enjoy at all. Overall food is okay!
