If I can do no stars then I would! Tonight was not a good night! My Pasta had no sauce at all and tasted like water, couldn't... eat it. Ordered a brownie/ cookie dessert and it was burnt to a crisp where I couldn't even eat it after awhile it turned rockhard so just ended up throwing it out. My pizza was terrible as well. I am one of those guys who love Indian dominos pizza but I was always afraid of trying dominos here. Recently I thought of... giving it a try and honestly I liked it here too. So If you are one of those cheese burst lovers I would recommend to try theirhandmade pan pizza with extra cheese. It won't be same as indian cheese burst but very similar feelings. I always add onions,green peppers, jalapeno as my toppings and me and my wife both like it. I also tried hand tossed pizza and it was good too butI personally loved the pan pizza. Hope this helps . I'm rating this relative to the price point. Dominos is the best pizza you get under $10 in the area. Or perhaps anywhere. ... Yes, you have to carry out or use a coupon, but it is delicious. However the quality at this location is hit or miss. Not somuch so that the pizza is bad, but to the point where it might be less done, or less toppings than normal, or less sauce whichaffects your dough quality, or other things that normally make it really tasty compared to normal. Some tips, for the betterquality stuff at this (or really any) dominos location: * Order at non-peak times - this allows the staff time to pay attentionto your order, quantities and amounts of ingredients * check your order before leaving the store - is there sauce through thecheese? Is it crispy enough? Etc. If it is fixable, just ask and I have had no problems with them fulfilling simple requests atno extra charge * add notes to your order - at non peak times this makes a difference for my orders. Today I ordered 2 medium pizza from Domino's Fremont Grimmer Blvd location. Pizza was good however as soon as I placed the... order, remembered that I am in Pleasanton and will need 30-40 mins to reach. Called immediately to hold the order and personsaid that it's ready, I was surprised that it's not even 5 mins to place the order then how can it be ready. I'll definitely use this place again when back in the area. Easy online ordering. Took advantage of the 5.99 per item deal and... ordered 5 medium pizzas, two regular wings and two different pastas. More than enough for 5 adults, 1 child and a teen thatliterally eats us out of the house. The delivery driver was efficient,fast and very courteous. Food arrived HOT in about 30minutes. The pastas we're smaller than I anticipated but, that was due to me not looking at the serving size, realistically,they're better as one per 1-2 people serving. First time going to this location and I was somewhat scared after reading all the recent one star reviews for this location. Had... a gift card to Dominos and decided to use it here. Placed my order online using the app and had no issues with that portion.Used a deal from their website for three topping large pizzas for $7.99 each. Got two pizzas with that deal (chicken, bacon andjalapeno with the garlic white sauce & philly steak, jalapeno and mushroom with the garlic white sauce) plus one of theirchocolate marble brownies. Total after tax was $26.73 (pizzas ended up being $8.49 each, probably because I chose some premiumingredients in the chicken and philly steak). Placed the order and starting tracking it using the Dominos Pizza Tracker functionon their app. Order was placed at 4:40pm and the app notified me that my order was ready for pick-up at 4:55pm. Arrived at thestore and was greeted shortly after walking in the door by a couple younger guys working at that time. Said I had a pick-up,they asked me my name and handed me my three boxes of food still pipping hot and asked if I wanted some packets of red peppersas well. Walked out to my car and checked all the boxes to make sure I got the correct items and everything looked good uponinitial inspection. Got home and took the attached photos of each item. For not having had Dominos in a long time and for thefirst time buying from this location, I was impressed with the presentation. Everything looked and smelled great and was cookedperfectly. No issues with burnt or under-cooked dough with this order. No skimping on the toppings and they used the correctsauce that was ordered, which I thought they might overlook since I didn't choose the standard red sauce for these pizzas. Evenhad my mother try a piece of the pizza and she has never been a fan of Dominos in the past and she even said the pizza was goodand that Dominos has really changed from what she remembers.
