Ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. 15minutes later, went back to ask about the... order, lady looks at the receipt then turns around and walks away. 10 more minutes go by, a different lady says it?s ready.Pretty sure they just forgot about it. At least the second lady said thank you but never apologized for the wait. Could use somebetter customer service here. Most likely never coming back to this Costco. Read more

I love the polish and they stopped serving them. I am boycotting the food court until they bring the polish back and am doing... most of our shopping at Walmart for now. Wakeup Costco because many of our friends are doing the same, speaking with ourwallets. Read more
Worst Costco food court by far. I've been to so many Costcos and almost never have problems. But last two (the only two) times... I ordered pizza on the phone in advance from this Costco, they either messed up my order or lost it all together. Ended upwaiting 20 more minutes than the original pick up time. NOT GOOD!! Read more
