Portions are pretty lackluster at this Chipotle: I'd recommend the one on Osgood for better portions consistently.

Tried to charge me for a steak bowl when I had ordered sofritas because the incompetent employee who made my bowl wrote just an... ?S? on the foil which the cashier thought meant ?steak?. If there's a way to give this place zero stars, I'd give it! This is the second time I've had a terrible experience with this... place in last few weeks. I placed the order online about 45 minutes ago, but when I got there to pickup (exactly at my pickuptime), I was told they're "closed" and I can go online to get a refund. Now I need to make alternative arrangement for dinnerfor my family! I'm NEVER ordering from Chipotle again! I used to come to this location all the time. And I mean nearly every day. I had barely any complaints other than inconsistent... portions. That can often be remedied by being there in person and asking for "a bit more" of something. Lately, however, theyhave been just plummeting downhill in terms of service. I work late, so I often show up in the evening. They're supposed toclose at 10PM, but lately they've been randomly closing early. Also, when they are open, they run out of so many ingredients.Though one time I asked for chips and a helpful employee went in the back and got me some. The manager scolded them in front ofme for doing this and I wasn't sure why. Yesterday was a day they randomly closed early. Today, they're only accepting onlineorders. This is not the regular chipotle I go to and for good reason. I?ve only been to this location a handful of times, and each time... they disappoint me more and more. The last time I came here (years ago), most of the salsa pans were empty and I said I willwait for more to be prepared before placing an order. The server asked me more of what (while standing in front of the almostempty pans) and I told them that the salsa pans were almost empty. They then took out full pans of salsa from under the counterand replaced them but only after I pointed it out. Today, I was passing by on my way home from work and I ordered a bowlonline. The bowl I picked up was very sad (see attached picture). I am not normally one to complain, but this bowl had aroundhalf as much as most chipotle bowls I get. It was notably lacking in rice and lettuce. We didn?t get to order because there was a person working there spraying cleaning products over the whole counter with the... ingredients containers opened and right next to it. That vapor was falling all over the food. Everybody in line just left thestore as the attendant just kept spraying it not carrying about anything. Incredible how it made me not only decide to never eatthere again but probably won?t in any other chipotle. It was just bizarre. Read more
