Would you eat this? I was referred to Bronco Billy's by locals who both love and "go somewhere else" for this place. Got the... same response for Mountain Mike's, a fairly new franchise spreading throughout the west. Either way was a toss up. The resultwas TERRIBLE, which was surprising because their supplier is Roma Foods. 1. Wrong flour 2. Almost NO sauce 3. Toppings in thecenter 4. So so cheese I'm told that "Bay Area" people don't like a lot of sauce, and you have to ask for extra sauce.What?!? In this case the sauce is applied not with a ladle or large spoon, but with a BRUSH!! Again, WHAT?!? Terrible at best.Essentially fluffy white bread, light application of sauce, no taste of sausage, only tasted mushrooms. Not recommended by thisEast Coast pizza bigot. 1st off... what a cool, old, little town strip. Found this pizza joint from other reviews and decided to meet up here for lunch.... Service is a little slow probably due to how busy it was. We tried 3 different pizzas ( Chuck Wagon, Margarita and Chicken BBQ)the chicken BBQ was my favorite the other 2 needed to be cooked just a little longer... dough in some spots was not cook allthe way through. Didn't have any breads. The reason I gave a bad rating is coz the waitress asked four times about which toppings we need and... didn't make a note even after we asked, finally when pizza arrived didn't have a single onion or artichoke.. they were so busyand we couldn't even ask.. very disappointed and compared to blacow it's a very small place.. we really loved the blacowlocation.. Pizza is consistent, but the last few times we've gotten it (to go) we've found that they aren't covering the entire pizzas with... sauce and cheese. Seems like less and less gets covered so all we have is plain pizza crust. Attached is a picture of just twoslices, but one pizza had 3 slices that were like this and the other had 2 slices with no sauce or cheese. Pizza is great, but burger buns is refrigerated cold odd. Price is bit high.. service is good only because o ly one person for... whole restaurant. Small town feel. Bathroom is ok, but hvac really needs clean. Read more

Great food for a great price! I got the large Chuck Wagon pizza to-go. Bronco Billy's Pizza Palace has an outdoor cashier who... will take your order, then deliver your order to you outside when it's ready. My pizza was ready in under 10 minutes. I love howthere was an abundance of toppings on the pizza. Taste was great. The only feedback I have is that the middle of the pizza wassoggy and hard to hold. You will definitely need a plate due to the sogginess and the sheer amount of toppings which willinevitably fall off, although neither of these points really bother me.
