Order here if you like bland a** food. Menu says ciabatta bread for chicken sandwich but it?s some cheap roll. Bland. No flavor.... $11 post tax. I knew I shoulda cooked my own lunch. Man Popeyes chicken sandwich is 6 tiers above this and for the price I canget 3 of them. Read more

Ordered a Christmas meal for 6 people. Pickup time was 11am. We waited a full 2.5h for the food, outside in the cold. I spoke to... their corporate office to see if I could cancel the order and was told that there was no guarantee that they would refund as itwould be treated as a no-show. Finally get the food home to discover that the portions are likely not enough for 4 people.That's $149 that you'll not get from me again Boston Market. Read more
Terrible. Literally the only person the the place. I order the turkey dinner, get home.....MEATLOAF. How does that even happen.... I was the only person they were helping. Plus, they don't have stuffing anymore, LAME. I'm done with Boston Market. Read more
This was the first time I visited this eatery. I went in at around 12 and it was not busy. I ordered the garlic spice rotisserie... chicken along with a side of broccoli & mashed potatoes. While I was waiting for the chicken, I saw a lot of flies inside. Iwonder if the chicken I had was also all that they said it is - fresh, no antibiotics, hormones, etc. The taste was decentthough. This spot used to be on point but has sadly has dropped off a lot. Physically the place looks run down. (This whole center used... to be so much nicer) Front doors are broken and half the dining room is being used for storage. The smell inside is so bad youdo not want to sit and eat in there. Employees are friendly and the food tasted fine but they did forgot to give me utensils.Always enjoyed coming here over the years but this was probably my last time. Read more
