Outstanding! Definitely true the sweet plantain and cheese.

I really like Empanada Monumental, because they not to much oil, have a lot of meat and very good price.

Food is good, but customer service needs to improve a lot!.

I love to come here. I come all the way from Copiague. But today I didn?t like the experience. I've ordered from Empanadas Monumental twice already. I do enjoy their empanadas and will order from them again. The prices are... very reasonable. Both times I ordered I got extra empanadas and placed them I'm the freezer. They freeze well and you can reheatthem in an oven or air fryer. Read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I order over the phone for pickup and I wanted beef with cheese and I was told ok and was rushed off... the phone. I get there I pick it up, I brought back lunch for all my coworkers and we were all disappointed! Dry beef with nocheese. I call back VERY DISAPPOINTED and the girl argues with me! Talked over me! Wouldn't let me speak and said her mangerwasn't there so there was nothing she could do and that when the manager gets in she will call me back. The place is runhorribly I guess considering there is no manager or owner present. I'm highly disappointed! I was called back saying that I canonly get a refund for the items I bring back! I've worked in restaurants for 15 years and we don't ever say well give it backand u will get a credit! The only way we knew it was bad by starting to eat the food!!!! Go to mamas empandas in queens! Today was my first time ordering and It was really good. I called for a delivery and didn't know there was a $5 delivery fee,... also the Large Yaroa is $8 not $7 as advertised in their menu. They also sent me a cheese empanada instead of the pizza one Iordered (or at least I'm hoping it was a mistake, and that's not really their pizza empanada) Their food is flavorful and theyhave good customer service.
