So I'm standing there while the Spanish lady is taking care of another customer ,and the black girl is behind the counter in... view on her cell phone. She looked up and saw me and stayed on her phone. If she was on break it doesn't look good to stand inthe dining room where everyone can see you on your cell phone. We have to do better ???? Friendly staff but took forever to get an iced coffee and I was in a rush to begin with.
The only Dunkin' in the area that's always well stocked. Parking could be better though.
I really can?t comprehend how a business can close 40 minutes before their schedule time 3 days in a row without even bothering... to leave a sign or something. Definitely never visiting this store again Read more
Didn't have an issue with this place until I witnessed how an espresso was prepared/served or the lack off. Ordered an espresso,... the server behind the counter reach over to the espresso machine, grabbed a container and poured already made espresso. I don'tthink anyone cares for old room temperature espresso. It's not a great idea, even if it saves preparation time. Read more
I ordered a chocolate shake and was tolded the chocolate was to cold and was asked for another flavor. Than waited what seemed... like forever to get it. I didn't feel like an important customer. Dunkin donuts is my favorite place to go. It brings out thekid in me . And Baskin Robbins just tops it off with their flavor of ice cream. It doesn't hurt to smile sometimes , I know thejob may not be what they expected it to be sometime but they should try and have some fun with it . Read more

Anytime I?m visiting, stopping by this location is a must. Today I stopped in and waited at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes... with no acknowledgement from either of the two gentlemen behind the counter. A quick ?hello, we?ll be right with you? wouldprobably have kept me there. Not feeling valued as a customer, I decided to leave and try another Dunkin Donuts. This was avery disappointing experience because management is always friendly and courteous. Hopefully they will provide their employeeswith additional training on customer service because this is such a great location but with limited parking. Read more
