Lots of employees standing around. It took FOREVER to get our food. They messed up our order. Food was good though.

My husband and I ordered a cravings box. We paid extra for Dorito Tacos. We did not get them or our twists. We drove back and... went in to swap out the plain tacos but I was told they were out...well we paid extra. I asked if we could get a burrito insteadat least??the manager (John?) said no. He didn't even refund us the money?so here we are on a family trip delayed, havingalready turned around one now sauceless and sad. After 9+ attempts to complain through the app I am now resorting to complainvia Google?frustrated to say the least. Read more

This location has completely done a 180 with service. I had a horrible experience here a while ago, but there is new staff that... for the past year that have made this taco bell such a pleasure to go to. I always stop by when I'm passing through now. Theyare a busy location so be patient! But my food order is always correct and the customer service is top notch. Read more

I have no idea what's going on with this taco bell. They don't ever seem to be open when their hours are posted, today I was... told "we're closed" when driving up to the drive through to order at 930. 30 min after their posted hours. The evening crewseems to show up for work, but I would say half the time I'm missing something from my order. The morning crew needshelp. Update, more consistent order accuracy and food is good. Their lobby is still hit or miss if it's open. I see alot ofdifferent faces, so my guess is that the lobby stays closed when staff is missing Update, staff is more consistent and ordersmore accurate. Not too much to complain about now. They seemed to have hit their stride. Lines can still be long and slow, andbeing sent around to the doors to play metrics games is disappointing. Read more

Brandon at the drive thru was polite, sweet, and very respectful. My kids loved the tacos.

You can't really blame the staff, with COVID-19 and the supply chain issues. The kids inside that empty restaurant are doing... their best. But their frustration is showing in the drive thru and is reflected in the quality of the product they're serving. Read more

Absolutely love this new taco Bell located in Freeport. Although there was no indoor dining due to this virus care, the... drive-thru was absolutely fast and the customer service was exceptional.Food was good as always and will continue to come herein the future when in the area.
