The staff at the store is AMAZING. Sheri and Lynn are beyond accommodating and super friendly? and my salad?. DELICIOUS!!
These employees at this store take no personal pride in customer service. This is now the third time they have sent me an... avocado salad completely botched. The first time with no dressing so they brought it to me. The second time no chicken for godsakes and i had to drive and pick up a new order. Now today there?s no Avocado. Btw it?s called an Avocado salad! Door dashhandled it this time for me so I?m waiting for new food to be delivered as we speak. Shame on me for continuing to order forhere however there aren?t many salad specific places to order from. Also?. When the second order was missing chicken the managertold me he knew exactly who made the salad and continues to have problems with the ?girl ?.. first off i felt that wasunprofessional to place blame on person he obviously refuses to train inspire develop or even hold accountable. Well congrats saladworks you managed to join the raise the price lower the quality family of businesses. I'm not a review... writing type but had to. What was $11 is now $12.50, taste quality wasn't there as well as salad size. To start the young ladythat helped put her hands in almost everything; my fault coming from the food and hospitality industry I should have made herchange gloves. The best is when I got home and took out the small roll, it was literally a rock, shame on management. I love the Saladworks near me (Holmdel) but this one doesn?t compare. They wouldn?t toss my salad upon request, and the croutons... appeared to be store bought, not fresh. My salad was nothing different than one bought in a supermarket but $5 more. Read more
