Well where do I start the staff here are simply amazing very helpful very considerate and will stop what they?re doing to help... you the owner super humble guy gave me a whole tour of the new facility without hesitation and I have to commend Alex and Icannot remember other employees number but sitting there going through meals to help me get to my goal per day Alex was superhumble super helpful. I have ordered multiple times. Many meals have arrived in broken containers. Usually poorly packed in the very cheapest packing... material. This final time, the meals were not even chilled when they got to me. Additionally they had been in that conditionfor a while, as there wasn't any condensation anywhere in the box, and the cold packs were warm to the touch and dry. All mealswere thrown out, as there was no way to know how long they had been in this condition. Not worth the effort any longer. Read more
I have tried several at home meal delivery services. Eat Clean Bro is the undisputed heavyweight champion. Everything about the... service is professional and superior in every way to any of the other well-known companies out there. The meals just inspireconfidence. The food is freakin' delicious. I am particularly fond of the "Edgar" meals. The menu is pretty consistent. Theonly recommendation I have is to add some more healthy seafood dishes to the menu, such as Cod or Tilapia. The biggest drawsare the quality and convenience of this service. The meals are high-quality, healthy, and the portions are larger than otherservices. In addition, the entrees are very tasty, and they aren't slathered in nasty sauces. They are simple, well-balanced,delicious, and filling meals. I appreciate the overall efficiency of the company. The website is user friendly, the deliveryschedule is accommodating, the food is awesome, and the drivers are professional. I really look forward to receiving my meals! This is the service for me! I had an awesome experience with them. I ordered for pick up and to pay in cash but realized after that it was much further of a... drive than I anticipated. I called and they upgraded me to free shipping for no charge. As the delivery driver was en route, Irealized I never paid. When I called to let them know, they were very friendly and said due to an error on their end to keep thefood and enjoy it. A+ customer service. Thank you! Read more
Get shredded and be healthy yeah I?m in! This place has quickly become my favorite! First customer service is great; super... friendly and knowledgeable. I just asked for a quick meal inside no description other than telling them a bodybuilding meal lowfat boom!! They Hit me with the chicken parm 60 protein / 60 carb/ like 7 fat right where I like my meals at plus it wasdelicious all the ingredients tasted fresh especially the chicken fully cooked but still juicy which for me is hard to find. Theordering process for delivery is quick, way quick no weird days to have to try to wait to get your food. They have a rewardsprogram I?m already getting free food! The best part is all the extra time to hit your fitness goals think about it! Less storetrips, no dishes to wash, no smelling your last batch of chicken and eating those last 5 day old breasts!! I have been a long-time customer of eat clean bro. NEVER one complaint. Food is consistently fresh and delicious. Any issues... I have ever encountered (too few to even remember) have been handled promptly and fairly. The specials on their menu changeevery other week and they have new surprises for some of their specials. I just had their French Onion Chicken and boy was itdelicious. I hope it remains on their menu as a permanent item because I will definitely order it again. Portions are perfectfor one person and just enough for one person. Besides I would not want to share something so good with anyone else. They cango order their own!!!! The customer service is terrible. They are extremely rude and when I asked questions about their service to become a client the... customer service rep was not helpful. & constantly insisted how she could not help me and didn?t know any information to sharewith me. This is extremely disappointing as I was looking forward to becoming a customer.
