Waited to write this review until the owner/manager called me to "make it right", but that has yet to happen. Ordered 2... sandwiches at 440 for delivery at 510. 6 comes around and still no food, so I call. Gave them my name and order number. Theycouldn't find it. Okay, no problem, i understand there are glitches when it comes to technology. So ill come pick them up orsince i already paid delivery, ill wait for delivery. "Well unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it". Mind you i havean order number and proof that my credit card was charged to the freedom location but I still get told "Our tech department willhave to look into it". At this point I have to dispute the charge with my bank as i dont have high hopes that erberts andgerberts will make it right. Unfortunately this isn't first bad experience with them, poorly made, expensive sandwiches, I giveup! Read more
It?s Good! A bit more on the pricey side but definitely better quality!!! I recommend!
Food was good servings were good and the price was decent
The woman taking my order, Danielle, couldn't figure out how to run my order through on a credit card. I had to repeat the... number back to her several times. She kept reading it a loud. I asked her not to broadcast my CC#. She yelled at me and asked mehow else I expected her to remember the number. I asked for extra cranberry wasabi sauce on my sandwich. When it arrived therewas no no sauce on the sandwich. It was dry. When I called to complain I was told by the same person who took my order that shethought I didn't want any sauce. She told me I could have sauce delivered, but there would be an extra charge to deliver it. Shewas very nasty. Lastly, the sandwich was flat; it looked like someone sat on it. I was not pleased. Fast and great service.
stopped in tonight about 10 minutes before closing looking like a complete scrub after a 12 hour day of welding, shorts and... sleeveless shirt. the beautiful young lady and young man working were outstanding and delivered great customer service. gavethem a 10 dollar tip and will 100% return. did not rush me out the door because of closing and we?re very respectful. thank youfor everything you two, keep it up!
