I visited for the first time over the weekend for lunch after hearing about it for years from friends. Very friendly service... from the deli team, and Sarah greeted us and explained a lot about the workings of the butchery. This is my go to butcher shop and my favorite deli. However, recently this place has been going downhill. I purchased 2 slow... smoked brisket sandwiches and they ran out, which is understandable. That was ok. I opted for skirt steak and it was very tenderand delicious. When I received my sandwiches, my order was completely messed up. The sauces were wrong and they forgot/put wrongcondiments on both sandwiches. I went up to the cashier to get some of the missing condiments, they came back with only onething and not the other condiments I kindly asked for. Also I think it?s important to state that the fries are very differentthan how they used to be. They used to have this delicious citrus seasoning and now it?s just salt and pepper.
