Not only is the food delicious (I love doc?s Friday fish fry), atmosphere is comfortable, staff is extremely friendly, good... value for the money (I never feel like anything is overpriced). Just a great place to enjoy a good meal. *Tonight it wasraining, noticed the owner walk a patron out with an umbrella to her car. My wife and I went on a color tour and on our way home we stopped for supper. The waitress was very friendly, the food was... excellent and we got to meet the owner. He told us of another place for colorful trees, then he said we could rake his yard.LOL ????. Love this place Read more

Four of us went to dinner Friday night and had the best meal. My boyfriend and our friend had the perch dinner and they just... raved about it, even the next day! My girlfriend and I had the fish tacos, amazing and I loved the sauce that was in thetacos. We arrived later in the evening, the place was packed but we didn't have to wait long. We really enjoyed Doc's. It has a real 'down home' feel to it, local bar feel + comfort food style restaurant + friendly... patrons. It's great, friendly service and clean amosphere make you feel like staying awhile. My first time eating smelt (littlefried fish) did not disappoint and I really loved their fries. My husband enjoyed the fish tacos, especially the creamy sauce -really brought the flavors together. We highly recommend Doc's and will be back soon! Read more
