Went in at 6pm and wanted chicken wraps. They said they have no more crispy chicken. I don?t understand why the restaurant... wouldn?t have chicken ready during dinner time. I understand why they wouldn?t have it in the AM because of breakfast, but nothaving chicken around dinner is kind of weird. Or id understand if they didn?t have it on an overnight, but I?m very confused.They also had no rice, also a dinner item. Very weird. Read more

They really need to update the hours posted on the outside door. Says it's open at 5 am till 11 pm, but in reality it opens at 6... am. This is extremely misleading and needs to be changed. Another problem is the place is understaffed, takes forever to orderyour food and beverages. Update Manger is super rude and discriminatory towards thoughs that at homeless. I bought 2 coffees anda farmers wrapped and the Manger literally came up to me and accused me of sleeping. Then threatened to kick me out. She's theabsolute worst. Worst customer service I have ever received. I placed a mobile order and the lady working, Arpitza ignored me for 20 minutes,... she ignored me because she didn't know what to do because the items I placed were out of stock in the store so rather thantelling me she decided it would be best to make me wait. I will never be back to this Tim Hortons, again horrible service byArpitza. Read more

Tim Horton's is pretty consistent. You'll always get the same quality in every Tim's you visit. It is not the best coffee out... there, but it's certainly a good and economic choice. Read more

Horrible waiting time! Management needs more staff. Never have I ever been to a Tim Hortons throughout Canada where I had to... wait soo long either at the drive thru but especially in-store. Management needs to review it's processes to improveefficiency!! Read more

I've Been To This Location Many Times. The Staff Are Very Nice, I Had One Bad Experience, But Overall Their Customer Service Is... Very Good. I Have Found That The Wait Times Aren't Bad Either! The One Thing That Can Get Stressful, And Which Makes The StoreImpossible To Keep Social Distance, Is At Lunch Time, When All The Students From FHS, Go There For Lunch. Inside was slow to slower. Lots of new people not strategically placed (at register not a good call for rush hour). This added... to the 90% of open mouth breathers lined up within two to three feet of each other (less than 10% wearing masks, and none onemployees). Yes on the high stars because I got in before the long anti-maskers line and new isn?t a bad thing. It reflectspoor management. The food? Well, the pictures tell all. Although missing some icing that I wasn?t going to lick off the paperfor, the donut was decent. The wrap? Ewww the sauce. The breakfast wrap would do well without any sauce, let alone the glob inthe center?took that bite and sorry team, I?m not suffering for you and spit it out. The tea was HOT (don?t put between yourlegs people!!). I found the Apple Cinnamon quite unique and tasty with a tad of sugar. Oh myy! The inside line is wrappinginto the dining area.
