Genuinely the worst Tim?s I?ve been too. The food was subpar and the service (specifically the manager) this morning was... atrocious. She was yelling at all the poor workers and snapped at me when I asked for my bagel to be cut in half (which is thenorm) bc she said it takes an extra few seconds. She was being awful to all the other workers and yelling the whole time. Badfood and worse management this morning. Read more

Really bad experience. 25th June at 1.50 pm. 6 people available but only one person (Sharkir) actually do the work. Four others... just were waiting by the drive through window doing absolutely nothing. Took around 15 mins for me to get a one ice capp. Askedfor an straw, the guy gave me a one taken out from a dusty polythene bag. So bad, Tim Hortons are usually very clean andpleasent but this store in slow hours is very bad. Update 24 Oct 2022 Bought a classic BLT. The bagle was old damp and guesswhat bacon strips were raw. Tomato slice was smelly like rotten. I don't know how people eat from this store. Still veryunorganized Read more

When you walk inside, it's always crammed up in there! (So if your looking to keep the 6ft distance for Covid, then this place... isn't for you.) The coffee ?? is good & fresh, doughnuts ???? and muffins are good! However, the B.L.T's are usually mademessy, with barely any bacon ????. The service is hit or miss! ? Sometimes it's a proper order, with great & timely prep &serve, and served with a smile ????! ? Other times, I have to repeat myself, the order isn't rung in properly, takes long toprep & serve, ( no smile, no thank-you, nothing ) And as far as ATMOSPHERE goes, it's very crowded & congested at times. Theabsolute WORST THING about this place, is that you have to ASK A STAFF, for them ???? TO OPEN THE BATHROOM ???? for you. ANDWHEN ITS BUSY, BE READY TO WAIT 10-15 MINUTES!!! IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! ???? Every time I go there it is always under staffed after 4. I worked for Tim's for 3 years. And all head office card about was... drive-thru time. And labour's cost. Sometimes being over worked and under paid get to a person. They can keep employees. Iwasn't the best employees but that what happenes when the people who provide the service to make the company money is the lowestpaid employee. When others sit on there keasters and make the customer reps life harder, because numbers on a spreadsheet aren'tup from last year. 23 billion a year in prophet and they treat there worker like that and leads to bad service. Just saying.Human relation is important. Read more

The line ups take forever I?m thinking it?s People that have there long orders and line- ups are out to the street. That?s how... long it is mobile pick-ups the customers take forever getting there food and drinks not blaming the staff because they want thebest for their customers. Hopefully Tim Horton?s Improves better than this. Written by Liam Van Stone. Read more

I went last night for dinner and they didn't have bacon for the sandwich I wanted. I went this morning and waited in line for... 15min while they dealt with a gentleman with several gift cards only to have a 2nd register open after the 15min, but it onlyaccepted cash. When I finally got to the main register, I was told they had no homestyle biscuits for their breakfastsandwiches. It's much easier, reliable and delicious (if more expensive) to go to 1 of the many locally owned cafesdowntown. It can also get very busy as it was today. I think main issue is that it's in a great location, but a smallgeographical footprint with, I think, no possibility of it expanding. There's not much room to manoeuvre in or out of the store.
