I give 1 star because everytime i go the driveway line time estimated is the equivalent of going to a restaurant and sitting... down. They need to open there doors. Read more
Waited forever in line, they seemed to be understaffed. It was really unclean behind the counter and a lot of the food & veggies... looked old. The real problem was the hair in my food!! so unsanitary and gross. Read more
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Ordered online for pickup, and all 4 subs were made... incorrectly when we got home and opened them up. Some excuse that they had no chicken, so made us a club instead. Next visitand excuse, we have no ham! Kid goes on to describe how he is not allowed to prep any ham 30 minutes before close because hehas to fold all the pieces and fill a container. If you want consistent quality and experience, go to Prospect St.....do notwaste your money here. Read more
